I heard that after oil, coffee is the most traded commodity. Maybe it was second most valuable commodity. I don’t really remember. What I do know however is good coffee.
Good coffee starts with 3 important things. Good coffee beans, good water, and a good coffee grinder. The way your coffee is prepared is also very important, but not as important as those three other items.
The method I brew with, is called the “James Hoffman Method“.

In short, the James Hoffman method is a somewhat meticulous but very simple method for brewing with a pour over. Produces a very good cup of coffee – even when all the variables are not precisely exacting. However when all the variables are followed, you’ll get an amazing cup of coffee.
